Pursuit Fishing (Formally Marine Cuisine) has been operating in Golden Bay since 1990 and is now owned and operated by Mark & Lisa Roach.
Our aim is to provide our crabs alive and in the freshest possible condition to our customers.
The crabs are captured in pots that are checked daily (weather permitting).
Once sized, crabs are brought home to holding tanks at our property. These are then
packaged live the following day to allow for ultimate freshness for our customers.
